QUESTZONES .NET INC is committed to being the best National and International Internet Applications and Service Provider. To assist us in protecting the usefulness and effectiveness of the High Speed Internet we require that our users comply with the terms of this document, which outlines our Terms of Use policies. When using Questzones Internet services , the user is prohibited from engaging in certain activities which include, but are not limited to, those described in this terms of Use policy.

For the purposes of this Terms of use Policy, a "user " is an individual or organization/corporation that has a service agreement or contract for the use of Questzones brokered services .

If the user engages in any of the prohibited activities described below it may, at the sole discretion of QuestZones.Net.Inc and without notice to the user , result in the immediate (1) restriction, suspension or termination of the user’s use of the service provided by Questzones, without compensation to the users, blocking or filtering of the user’s content, data or materials, disconnection fees and additional service charges to the user’s account, deletion of the user’s , data or materials from Questzones servers, or involvement of law enforcement agencies. Such activities may also result in civil or criminal liability. The user is responsible for use of Questzones services by any third party who directly or indirectly utilizes the Services provided by Questzones to the user, whether or not such use has been authorized by the Customer.

Criminal, Civil and other Prohibited Offences


While using QuestZones services, the user is prohibited from, but not limited to, those offences listed below:

	Communicating hatred
	Pyramid selling
	Unauthorized use of a computer
	Mischief in relation to data
	Fraud
	Defamatory libel
	Obscenity
	Child pornography
	Harassment/stalking
	Uttering threats
	Copyright infringement
	Trade-mark infringement
	Patent infringement
	Misappropriation of trade secrets
	Defamation
	Scanning or probing another computer system
	Obstructing or bypassing computer identification or security procedures
	Engaging in unauthorized computer or network trespass
	Maintaining a relay service open to the general public
	Engaging in denial of service attacks
	Posting, uploading, reproducing, distributing or otherwise transmitting any data, information or software that constitutes a virus, Trojan horse, worm or other harmful or disruptive component
	Exporting equipment, software, or data outside of Canada or the U.S. in contravention of applicable export control legislation
	Falsifying address information, modifying message headers to conceal the user’s identity or impersonating others, for the purpose of circumventing QuestZone’s Terms of Use Policy
	Posting, uploading, reproducing, distributing, otherwise transmitting, or collecting responses from unauthorized or unsolicited duplicative e-mail messages, junk or bulk e-mail messages, chain letters, or newsgroup postings.
	Engaging in any conduct that directly or indirectly encourages, facilitates, promotes, relies upon or permits the foregoing prohibited activities including, without limitation, failing to implement reasonable technical or administrative measures to prevent spam, viruses and worms

Indemnification


The user will indemnify and hold harmless QuestZones from all demands, claims, proceedings, awards, action, damages, losses, costs, charges and expenses, including legal fees, incurred by or made against QuestZones , which result from or relate to violation by the user of QuestZones Term of Use Policy. The user shall give QuestZones prompt notice of such demand, claim or proceeding that the user is aware of.

Reservation of Rights and QuestZones Liability


Nothing in QuestZones Terms of Use Policy shall be interpreted to limit QuestZones rights or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities (including, without limitation, QuestZones ' rights or remedies under any agreement between QuestZones and the Customer) and QuestZones reserves all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity. QuestZones does not assume liability to the Customer or any other party for failure to enforce the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy.

QuestZones has the right to change any supplier due to un acceptable service or if the supplier faces bankruptcy or becomes bankrupt. In the event that QuestZones must change service provider, the customer will bear any and all installation costs.

Equipment:

	No additional wiring will be included without additional charges
	QuestZones is not responsible for any theft , vandalism or destruction due to customer or third negligence for any VPN device and concentrator on customer premises. Should the equipment be stolen or damaged the customer will be charged for the replacement of the equipment/
	Equipment to be installed according to manufacturer’s specifications
	Client is not to move or modify equipment without written approval from QuestZones. If moved a charge will apply.
	QuestZones does not gaurantee any packet loss of for the provided service.
	The client is responsible for the return of the High Speed Modem when the service is disconnected. If the modem is not returned a $ 300 charge will be applied.
	Service provided over wireless facilities can be affected by both weather and temperature, as such no service levels are offered.
