Remote access is a very secure process based on the following :
- You set up the remote assistance session to enable our technician to work on our Pc
- You can cancel the session at any time
- Your session is totally secure (SSL 256 bits protocol)
- You may follow the technician's work on screen by visualizing where the mouse prompt is going and what files or codes are being opened.
1-OPENING YOUR FILE
*Call us at Cyberclinic at 450-430-3097. Our client service desk will proceed with obtaining the required information to open your file and help you with selecting the best type of service to address your needs.
*Should you be an existing client at QZ, please proceed to step 2.
2-CHAT ROOM
*Your file has been opened. You now have access to the icon applet that will enable you to open a session with our technical service desk.
3-ESTABLISHING A WORKING SESSION
*A message will appear on your screen asking you to give permission to our technician to enter your PC or server to start a working/servicing session.
4-WORK IN PROGRESS
*Our technician is now working on the issue you called for and will keep you informed of his progress.

Service Description
The Cyberclinic service provides an on line remote computer support service for the following:
- Operating system,
- Email,
- Browsers,
- Firewall,
- Routers,
- Drivers,
- Anti Virus,
- Anti Spyware,
- Parental control,.
- Software installation
- On line courses
Please see the end of this document for details on supported services.
Access
Access to the Cyberclinc service can be accomplished in 3 different ways and must be initiated by the client:
1) Inputing a Questzones provided CD into your computer and installing the Cyberclinic software
2) Downloading the Cyberclinic software from the Questzones web site and installing the software
3) Calling Questzones support, who will guide you on how to access the service.
Note: only PCs with a Windows operating system are supported. MAC is currently not supported.
COSTS
Cyberclinic service is sold on an hourly basis. The current hourly rates can be viewed on the Questzones web site at WWW.QUESTZONES.NET
Note: all costs are in Canadian dollars.
Permitted Users
The SERVICE may be used only by persons who have reached the age of majority or legal age in their jurisdictions and who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. The SERVICE may not be used by persons in jurisdictions where access to or use of The SERVICE or any part of it may be illegal or prohibited. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether your use of The SERVICE is lawful, and you must comply with all applicable laws.
Proprietary Rights
The SERVICE and all information (in text, graphical, video and audio forms), images, icons, software, design, applications and other elements available on or through The SERVICE are the property of Questzones and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trade-mark, and other laws. Your use of The SERVICE does not transfer to you any ownership or other rights in The SERVICE or its Content.
Disclaimers, Liability Exclusion and Indemnity
IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL QUESTZONES, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ANY OF ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS OR LICENSORS (THE QUESTZONES PARTIES) BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE OR KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION SYSTEM DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF DATA, PRIVACY, REVENUE, PROFITS, USE OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE) ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH, (i) THE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLATION OR USE OF THE CYBERCLINIC ONTO YOUR COMPUTER, (ii) THE REMOTE CONTROL SERVICES PROVIDED WITH THE CYBERCLINIC, (iii) ANY INTERRUPTION TO USE OF THE REMOTE CONTROL SERVICE, OR (iv) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OR THROUGH THE REMOTE CONTROL SERVICE, EVEN IF THE QUESTZONES PARTY(IES) FROM WHICH DAMAGES ARE SOUGHT HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
QUESTZONES DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR: (A) OBTAINING, CONFIGURING AND MAINTAINING ALL COMPUTER HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, TELEPHONE SERVICES, AND OTHER EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES NECESSARY FOR YOU TO ACCESS AND USE THE SERVICE; (B) SCANNING FOR AND PREVENTING THE RECEIPT AND TRANSMISSION OF VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, WORMS OR OTHER DESTRUCTIVE OR DISRUPTIVE COMPONENTS; AND (C) MAINTAINING A COMPLETE AND CURRENT BACKUP OF ALL OF THE DATA CONTAINED ON YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM PRIOR TO ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE.
QUESTZONES WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM, CONNECTED WITH, OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE (WHICH INCLUDES ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE) BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM, CONNECTED WITH, OR RELATING TO ANY DELAY OR FAILURE IN PERFORMANCE CAUSED BY CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND QUESTZONES'S REASONABLE CONTROL.

The SERVICE is controlled by Questzones from St-Therese, Quebec . This Agreement, your use of The SERVICE, and all related matters are governed solely by the laws of Quebec , Canada and applicable federal laws of Canada.
