If you want to disconnect your Internet connection, please allow us ten (10) business days to process your request since our automated billing system needs to communicate with the payment processor to cancel your billing. Also, once processed, your disconnection request will take place at your next billing date, so you can enjoy your connection until this date.
After your request is sent, a Questzones representative will contact you to confirm the reception of the said request. If you do not receive a phone call after the next few days, please contact us by phone to make sure we received the cancellation request. |
